	Feedback 09/07/2007 Just a quick note to thank Highlander Towing. My recent breakdown as an RACV member in country NSW & dealing with Highlander Towing was a very positive experience. I cannot thank enough all those involved, especially John our tow truck driver. John was helpful, considerate & truly professional in the way he conducted himself. Paul O'Loan _______________________________________________________________________ 06/12/2007 My husband and i are elderly RACT gold members and were driving from Wollongong back to Melbourne on 4/12/07. We needed roadside assistance approx 20kms north of Mittagong. As the problem could not be fixed roadside the NRMA organised Highlander Towing to tow us back to Mittagong. Our tow truck driver made several phone calls en route to find us a mechanic that was still open to hopefully get us moving again. This was not to be so our driver then delivered us both to a motel within walking distance of where our car was. Next morning the car was fixed but my husband was feeling most unwell and couldn't complete the journey. The proprietor of Highlander Towing, Geoff and his wife Samantha provided excellent service to us by storing our car undercover at their premises until we made arrangements to get it transported back to Tasmania, making various phone calls on our behalf, and generally giving us much needed support. We were so grateful that when we brokedown it was near a country town with wonderfully kind people who assisted us. We even left owing money to Geoff as we had very hastily arranged transport back to Sydney Airport for a flight back to Tasmania. This letter is to reccommend Highlander Towing - we have nothing but praise for them.
